Every product undergoes a rigorous five-stage manufacturing process with quality testing at each step to ensure flawless performance and excellent durability.
We source only premium OPC cement, graded fine & coarse aggregates and clean water. Each raw material batch is checked for quality before use.
Precise mix proportions are maintained using calibrated equipment to ensure consistent strength across all production batches.
The mix is poured into precision moulds and compacted using vibration or hydraulic pressing for uniform density and surface finish.
Products undergo controlled curing for a minimum of 28 days to attain full design strength and long-term durability.
Final products are tested for compressive strength, dimensions and finish before being approved for dispatch to customers.
